Ingredients
6 oz. goat cheese
1 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 tsp fresh mint, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Put the cheese, yogurt and oil into a food proecessor and blend until smooth.

  2. Stir in the herbs.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Chill in the refrigerator at least one hour.

  5. Serve chilled with vegetables for dipping.
