Rich and filling vegan hot chocolate/coca drink.
I use all organic ingredients, and instead of regular white sugar use organic evaporated cane juice. :)

Ingredients
| 8 |
oz rice milk |
| 1 |
tsp sugar |
| 2 |
tsp cocoa |
| 1/2 |
tsp vanilla |
| 1/8 |
tsp cinnamon (or amount to taste) |
Directions
- Combine a small amount of rice milk with all other ingredients. Microwave for 20 seconds.
- Stir, then add remainder of rice milk and heat to desired temperature.
- Stir before drinking.
