Quick and light pasta sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp bay leave
1 onion, chopped
14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes
6 1/2 oz Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
Directions
  1. HEAT Olive oil in skillet over medium heat.

  2. ADD Onion, salt, sauté 5 to 8 minutes.

  3. ADD 14.5 oz can whole tomatoes (Pref. Roma)

  4. ADD Cayenne, Oregano, Bay leaf

  5. SIMMER 10 Mins

  6. ADD Tuna

  7. Simmer 3-5 Mins

  8. ADD 3-5 TBSP Pasta water
