Our family loves this recipes!! It always is soo good. I have never had pizza any better than this!.. Plus it's healthy! Also, I add no cheese, but don't even notice that it's gone. I'm a vegetarian too, so no meat (I do eat seafood). But instead of tofu, add veggie ground round, or veggie chicken.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup wheat bran
1 cup soy flour
1 cup white flour
1/2 cup wheat flour, whole-grain
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp caraway seeds
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp brewer's yeast
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup fresh herbs
3/4 sliced mushrooms
1 large tomato
1 large onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup spinach
3 oz cooked shrimp
1/2 cup tofu
Directions
  1. In order of the first 14 ingredients put in your conventional bread maker. On dough mode.

  2. While dough is being made, chop up all your veggies!

  3. In frying pan, heat garlic and onions until soft, and sweet.

  4. Once dough is done, put on a greased pizza pan, and spead it out. Slather tomato sauce on. Sprinkle fresh herbs on, and add all other toppings of choice.

  5. Put in preheated oven at 375 for 40, or until crispy.

  6. Let cool..and enjoy!....Tobasco sauce is excellent on top if you like it hot!
