Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
4 tbsp. light mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions
  1. Mix together and pour into 12 muffin tins sprayed with Pam.

  2. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
