Oat and Raisin balls

Makes 15 servings

Oaty snack... I plan to use them for after the gym. I always need something to boost my blood sugar levels :)

Ingredients
1 cup of oats
1/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of raisins
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 egg white
25 g of butter
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Directions
  1. Combine oats, flour, baking powder, raisins, cinnamon and egg white in a mixing bowl.

  2. Melt butter and add to mix.

  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls and place onto baking tray lined with baking paper.

  4. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.
