A pizza's not a pizza without a scrummy tomatoey base sauce, and this is THE best sauce ever!!
| 1 | tsp olive oil |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 200 | g tomatos, canned |
| 1 | tbsp fresh oregano |
| 2 | tbsp tomato sauce |
| 1 | tsp brown sugar |
| 1 | pinch salt |
| 1 | pepper to taste |
- Heat oil in a small saucepan, add crushed garlic, then add the rest of ingredients and stir over medium heat until just boiling.
- Take off heat and spread over your pizza base!
