teaspoon ginger, |

tablespoon Beans, Black, Mature Seeds raw |
Directions
- Dry roast the semolina
- Heat the oil in a non-stick wok, add the mustard seeds and black bean seeds.
- Add the diced onions and saute till they start browning.
- Add the semolina, chillies, ginger and salt, mix well.
- Add hot water, stirring all the while
- Cook on medium to low heat till it dries up and the semolina is cooked.
- It tastes much better with the traditional recipe, this one is to suit me because of my health.
