| 3 | ripe bananas |
| 2 | cups rolled oats |
| 1/4 | cup peanut butter |
| 1/4 | cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1/3 | cup applesauce |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 1/3 | cup chocolate chips |
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, mash 3 bananas, stir in applesauce, vanilla, peanut butter and cocoa. Mix well.
- Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
- Let stand 20 minutes.
- Spoon onto cookie sheet in teaspoonfuls and bake for 10 min.
