garlic vegetables

baked vegetables

Ingredients
16 small mushrooms
2 cups asparagus
1 red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs olive oil
Directions
  1. slice onions, cut asparagus into halves, wash and slice mushrooms, coat in olive oil and mix in chopped garlic.

  2. bake at 400 degrees for an hour
