Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs celery
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 large onion
Directions
  1. Melt butter.

  2. Add diced onion and fry 'til soft.

  3. Add celery, fry for five minutes.

  4. Add broth and cook until celery is soft.

  5. Blend. Season to taste.
