Directions
- cook time 30 mins
- Pour diced tom. in nonstick pan, cover, cook at med while prepare veg.
- splash red wine in and stir, continue to cook covered on med
- add chopped onion and cook until onions are soft, stir at med heat
- juices from canned tom. should start to evaporate and not be in pan anymore, when almost ready to serve add garlic and cook at lower heat for apt 5 min
