Beef and Garlic Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb top sirloin steak, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups baby bok choy, chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 cup tomato, chopped
1/3 cup beef broth
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions
  1. Combine beef and garlic in a bowl and chill for 10 minutes.

  2. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray; heat until hot. Add beef and garlic, sautee 5 minutes or until beef is done.

  3. Remove beef from pan and keep warm. Combine bok choy, broccoli, and green onions in skillet and sautee for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 minutes or until slightly thick.
