| 1 | lb top sirloin steak, sliced into 1/4-inch strips |
| 1 | clove garlic, minced |
| 3 | cups baby bok choy, chopped |
| 1 | cup broccoli, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup green onions, sliced |
| 1 | cup tomato, chopped |
| 1/3 | cup beef broth |
| 3 | tbsp. soy sauce |
| 1 | tbsp. Oyster sauce |
| 1/8 | tsp. black pepper |
- Combine beef and garlic in a bowl and chill for 10 minutes.
- Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray; heat until hot. Add beef and garlic, sautee 5 minutes or until beef is done.
- Remove beef from pan and keep warm. Combine bok choy, broccoli, and green onions in skillet and sautee for about 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 minutes or until slightly thick.
