1 Muffin

Ingredients
2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
3 tsp. Vanilla
3 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup Oil, Wesson
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Nutmeg
4 c. Zucchini, Shredded
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees. 45 - 60 minutes for bread, 30 minutes for muffins
