Hardee's bisquits

Ingredients
4 cups self-rising flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups buttermilk
2/3 cup shortening
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400*.

  2. Mix together, but do not knead. Roll dough out onto a floured surface, to about 1" thickness. Cut with bisquit cutter and place on greased sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
