Ingredients

cups self-rising flour |
| 1 |
tbsp sugar |
| 1 |
tbsp baking powder |
| 2 |
cups buttermilk |
| 2/3 |
cup shortening |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Mix together, but do not knead. Roll dough out onto a floured surface, to about 1" thickness. Cut with bisquit cutter and place on greased sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
