Apples sauteed in cinnamon and sugar. Great for breakfast

Ingredients

tbsp butter |
| 2 |
large apples |
| 1 |
tsp cornstarch |
| 1/4 |
cup water |
| 1/4 |
cup brown sugar |
| 1/4 |
tsp ground cinnamon |
Directions
- Peel, core, and slice apples
- melt butter over medium heat in saucepan
- add apples and cook, stirring constantly until tender
- dissolve cornstarch in water and add to apples
- stir in brown sugar and cinnamon
- boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
