Ingredients

envelope unflavored gelatin |
| 250 |
g sugar free low fat vanilla yogurt |
| 39 |
g (2 SFFF Kraft pudding cups) sugar free fat free chocolate pudding |

large egg whites |
Directions
- Melt gelatin in water.
- Cool slightly. (This is very important, otherwise the gelatin will solidify before it's mixed into the yogurt. lumpy gelatin in mousse = bad idea)
- Combine yogurt and chocolate pudding.
- Stir in gelatin mixture into the yogurt-pudding concoction.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Stir 1/4 into the gelatin-yogurt-pudding mixture. Gently fold in remaining whites. Refrigerate until set. Feel free to top with fruit.
