1/4 cup milled flax seed
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 Splenda quick pack
Directions
  1. Mix flaxmeal with spices and Splenda quick pack. Add the egg subtitute and some water if needed.

  2. Panfry as pancakes.
