Super salad for lunch!

Ingredients
| 4 |
large ripe tomatoes |
| 1 |
large red onion |
| 1 |
green bell pepper |
| 1 |
cucumber |
| 1/4 |
pound of feta cheese, sliced or crumbled |
| 1 1/4 |
teaspoons dried oregano |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 3 |
tablespoons olive oil |
| 12 |
kalamata olives |
| 1 |
tablespoon water |
Directions
- Dice the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and cucumber (peeled). Toss together with 2 tbsp of the olive oil and 1 teaspoon of oregano.
- Top with the feta cheese and kalamata olives.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil with water. Toss into the salad. Top with 1/4 teaspoon oregano.
- Serve into 6 bowls.
