bran breakfast

Makes 1 serving

breakfast porridge high in bran

Ingredients
1/4 cup milk, low fat, 1% milkfat
20 grams wheat bran
10 grams oats, dry
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. hit milk in saucepan

  2. add bran, stir until all is moist

  3. add 2 cups boiling water and 1 sweetener tablet

  4. add oats

  5. add salt

  6. let liquid absorb until reduced to half

  7. serve hot
