Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups low-fat buttermilk
2 eggs
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
soak oatmeal over night in buttermilk. in the morning, add rest of the ingredients above AND 1/4 cup Smart Balance 64% buttery spread @ 80 calories per Tbsp. or 320 calroies divided by 12 equals 27 more calories per pancake. Add 2 Tbsp. Steviva, no calories. may need to add a little water to get pancake consistancy batter. spray a non-stick griddle with Pam. fry over meduim-high heat until golden brown on both sides. actual calorie count per pancake is 135 calories
