Really nice. You can cook and mash the egg yolk if you prefer not use use it raw.
| 1 | egg yolk (cooked and mashed if you prefer) |
| 1 | T mayonnaise |
| 2 | T sour cream |
| 1 | tsp Dijon mustard |
| 1 | T white vinegar |
| 1 | tsp sugar |
| 1/2 | t salt |
| 1 | green onion,chopped (or 1 t chives) |
