Ingredients

ounces olive oil |

pound shrimp |

cup chopped onions |

cup chopped bell peppers |
Directions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and cool to room temperature. Smother the onions and peppers in the olive oil. Add shrimp and toss, cook until pink unless precooked. Season with a favorite seasoning mix. Toss in the rice and serve.
