Ingredients

pound boneless chicken breast |
| 2 |
tsp olive oil |
| 1/2 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 2 |
garlic cloves |
| 1 |
egg white |
| 1 |
tsp basil |
| 1/4 |
tsp salt |
Directions
- cut chicken into strips
- toss flour together with basil and salt
- heat pan with oil and put pressed garlic cloves into the oil
- dip chicken into egg white and then coat each piece with flour mixture
- fry in pan until cooked
