Ingredients
1 pound boneless chicken breast
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 garlic cloves
1 egg white
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
  1. cut chicken into strips

  2. toss flour together with basil and salt

  3. heat pan with oil and put pressed garlic cloves into the oil

  4. dip chicken into egg white and then coat each piece with flour mixture

  5. fry in pan until cooked
