| 1 | tbsp margarine |
| 1 | zucchini |
| 1 | cup mushrooms |
| 1 | small tomato |
- Cut tofu into 2 inch slices
- Marinade in Worcestershire sauce overnight
- Grill tofu on each side
- Slice veggies and saute in margarine
