Mexican Quiche Recipe

Spicy lunch!

Ingredients
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. green chiles, chopped
1/2 cup cream
3 eggs
1/8 t. cumin
1/8 t. chili powder
1/8 t. salt
Directions
  1. Grease a 9 or 10-inch glass pie plate. Beat the eggs with the cream and

  2. seasonings. Put the cheese in the bottom of the pie plate; sprinkle

  3. chiles evenly over the cheese. Slowly pour the egg mixture evenly over

  4. the cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until knife inserted

  6. in the center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings (3 carbs each)
