| 1 | pound ground turkey, 85% lean |
| 1 | teaspoon poultry seasoning |
| 1/2 | teaspoon pepper |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground sage |
| 1/2 | teaspoon coriander |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon cayenne |
| 1/4 | teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
| 1/2 | teaspoon Splenda |
