| 1 1/2 | cups oatmeal |
| 110 | grams brown sugar |
| 3/4 | cups flour |
| 1/4 | cups granulated sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | cup semi-sweet morsel |
| 6 | tbsp butter |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
- Mix butter and sugars together, beat well.
- Add egg and vanilla, beat well.
- Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon, beat well.
- Mix in oats and chocolate chips.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350.
