| 1 | lb. ground beef - sirlon |
| 3/4 | cup yellow onion |
| 1 | tsp. salt |
| 1 | tsp. pepper |
| 1/2 | cup ketchup |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoons of dijon mustard |
| 1/2 | tsp garlic powder |
| 1/4 | cup bread crumbs |
| 1 | large egg - beaten |
- pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine ketchup and mustard; reserve 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl
- Separate into 4 equal sections
- Shape into individual servings and place on a greased sheet pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes and serve.
