Makes 8 servings

an amish dish made without mayo. splenda substituted for sugar. 1 serving = 215 cal and 8.5 carbs

Ingredients
1 head cabbage (medium), cored & shredded
1 cup onions, diced
1 c splenda, granular
1 c vinegar
1/4 t salt
1 t celery seed
1 t splenda, granular
1 t mustard
3/4 c oil
Directions
  1. in lg bowl, toss cabbage, onion and 1 c splenda

  2. in saucepan, combine vinegar, salt, celery seed, 1 t splenda, mustard, and oil. bring to boil & cook 3 min. cool completly.

  3. pour over cabbage mix & toss to coat. refrigerate overnite for best results.
