Egg Crepes Recipe

No flour egg crepes.

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 oz. Neufchatel Cheese
Directions
  1. Soften cream cheese in microwave for 15-20 seconds.

  2. Process softened cream cheese and egg substitute.

  3. Spray and Heat a crepe pan or saute pan with sides. Add a scant 1/4 cup mixture into pan, swirling around.

  4. Cook 1 to 1-1/2 minutes on one side. Flip over and cook another minute.

  5. Fill with favorite filling.
