Anaheim Saute with feta cheese

Delicious hot pepper sauteed with garlic and filled with feta!

Ingredients
1 Chile pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp feta cheese
Directions
  1. Splice the anaheim chile pepper in half and remove seeds.

  2. Place olive oil in a saute pan and add the chile pepper and garlic. Saute until softened. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

  3. Plate the pepper and add 1 tbsp feta cheese in each half.
