| 3 | breasts chicken |
| 3 | tbsp mayonnaise , Hellman's Real |
| 3 | medium eggs |
| 3 | tbsp flour |
| 3 | tbsp canola oil |
- Dice up chicken breast fillets finely manually or grind in a blender.
- Mix it with mayo and let it sit for 3-5 minutes.
- Blend the eggs and flour in.
- Form mid-size patties and fry on a pan with a bit of cooking oil or vegetable oil until golden brown then flip.
