Ingredients

pound fresh strawberries |
| 2/3 |
cup sugar |
| 2 |
teaspoons vodka |
| 1 |
cup nonfat yogurt |
| 1 |
teaspoon lime juice |
Directions
- Slice up the strawberries. Toss in a bowl with sugar and vodka. Stir until sugar begins to dissolves. Cover and let stand at room temperature for an hour, stirring occasionally. Puree strawberries and their liquid with yogurt and lime juice in food processor. Refrigerate for at least an hour, then freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Each serving is approximately 1/2 cup.
