| 1 1/2 | cup colby cheese, shredded |
| 1 | cup 2% milk |
| 2 | tbsp margarine, melted |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | dash of garlic powder |
mix together milk, 1 tblsp margarine, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. add hash browns and mix. melt 1 tblsp margarine in skillet. add hash brown mixture. heat through. add cheese. put in greased 2 qt. casserole dish. bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.Categories
