Banana Crumb Muffins

Makes 12 servings

Great banana muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 bananas, large ripe mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup margarine, melted

Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp margarine
Directions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and butter. Mix well

  3. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.

  4. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.

  5. Combine first three topping ingredients.

  6. Cut in butter until crumbly.

  7. Sprinkle over muffins.

  8. Bake at 375 for 18 to 20 minutes till muffins test done.

  9. Cool in the pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
