Ingredients

cups all purpose flour |

bananas, large ripe mashed |
| 3/4 |
cup sugar |
| 1 |
egg, lightly beaten |
| 1/3 |
cup margarine, melted |
Topping: |
| 1/3 |
cup brown sugar |
| 1 |
tbsp all purpose flour |
| 1/8 |
tsp ground cinnamon |
| 1 |
tbsp margarine |
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and butter. Mix well
- Stir into dry ingredients until moistened.
- Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Combine first three topping ingredients.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over muffins.
- Bake at 375 for 18 to 20 minutes till muffins test done.
- Cool in the pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
