Light Chicken Salad Recipe

Fruit and nuts combine w/ light mayo for a delicious chicken salad.

Ingredients
2 c. chicken, chopped and roasted
1 oz. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 grapes, halved
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together in medium bowl.

  2. Serve on whole wheat bread or bed of salad greens.
