Very good tuna salad served over lettuce.

Ingredients

cup Red Wine Vinegar |
| 3 |
garlic cloves, minced |
| 2 |
tsp Dijon mustard |
| 1 |
tsp sugar |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 1/4 |
tsp pepper |
| 2 |
tbsp olive oil |
| 15 |
ounce white kidney beans |
| 6 |
ounce tuna |
| 3/4 |
cup black olives, sliced |
| 1/2 |
cup red onion, chopped |
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl
- Wish in the olive oil
- In a large bowl, combine the beans, tuna, olives, and onion
- Add dressing to tuna and chill until served.
