Tomato and Avocado salad

Makes 4 servings

Great fast salad. Eat with or without dressing.

Ingredients
2 tomatoes, cut up
1 cucumber, cut up
2 T capers
1 avocado, cut up
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup olives, pitted and chopped
Directions
  1. Cut up vegetables into bite size pieces, not too small. Mix all ingredients. Add dressing to taste. Salt and pepper optional. Capers will add enough salt flavor if watching salt intake.
