This recipe is a delicious relatively low-calorie, low-fat version of the traditional broccoli-raisin salad in a quantity large enough for groups.

Ingredients

c broccoli florets |
| 1 |
c slivered almonds |
| 1 |
large red onion, diced coarsely |
| 1 |
c raisins |
| 1/2 |
c dried cranberries |
| 3 |
oz Real Bacon Bits, 1 jar |
| 1/2 |
c SPLENDA No Calorie |
| 4 |
c reduced fat mayonnaise |
| 6 |
T red wine vinegar |
Directions
- Place broccoli, nuts, onion, fruits and bacon bits in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sweetener together in a medium size mixing bowl and stir well.
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
