| 1/4 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | banana, cut into small peices |
| 1 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | tbsp brown sugar |
- combine flour and egg whites until moistened, pour onto a large fryign pan on medium heat, sprayed with pam.
- Sprinkle about half of teh chocolate chips on teh wet crepe surface
- when bubes appear on teh surface, flip the crepe
- when fully cooked, and lightly browned, remove from fryign pan, and reduce heat to medium- low
- Place the butter and brown sugar in the pan, until butter is melted, and then add banas
- remove from heat when bananas are golden borwn, and place in teh middle of the crepe, and fold oevr the edges to create a square
- melt the remander of the chocolate, and drizzle the crepe
- ENJOY!
