Ingredients

c. grated raw summer squash |

c. finely chopped onion |

tbsp. melted butter |
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir eggs into square mixture. Add butter. Drop fritter batter by tablespoons onto greased griddle or skillet. Cook until brown; turn and brown on other side. 6 servings.
