Homemade chicken noodle soup made with Rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients

cups chopped chicken, bone and skin removed |

cups water |
| 12 |
cups chicken stock |
| 1 |
tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 |
stalk celery |
| 1/2 |
medium onion |
| 1 |
cup chopped carrots |
| 3 |
tablespoons garlic powder |
| 1 |
teaspoon poultry seasoning |
| 1 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon ground pepper |
| 4 |
cups Egg Noodles |
Directions
- Heat oil in a large pot.
- Saute the onion, carrots, and celery until soft.
- Add the water and bring to a boil.
- Add the seasonings and chopped chicken.
- Simmer for 15 minutes or more.
- Add the noodles and boil until cooked.
