Orzo salad

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 squash
1 zucchini
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 small onion
Directions
  1. cook orzo per package

  2. saute onion and garlic in oil

  3. add squashes

  4. saute until done

  5. add cooked and drained orzo

  6. top with parm
