Orzo salad
| 1 | cup uncooked macaroni |
| 1 | squash |
| 1 | zucchini |
| 3 | tbsp. parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | tbsp minced garlic |
| 1 | small onion |
- cook orzo per package
- saute onion and garlic in oil
- add squashes
- saute until done
- add cooked and drained orzo
- top with parm
