Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin

Makes 8 servings

Pork tenderloin and soups prepared in slow cooker

Ingredients
24 ounces pork tenderloin
8 ounce mushrooms, canned, undrained
14 ounce beef broth
10 ounce cream of mushroom soup
1 ounce Lipton Onion soup mix
Directions
  1. Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork tenderloin on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker. Sprinkle with Onion soup mix.

  2. Add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.

  3. Cook for 10 hours on low.
