The Cous Cous that Sharron taught me to make, quick and easy and really morish, keeps for a few days too.

Ingredients

field mushrooms |
| 3 |
large tomatos |
| 20 |
g butter |
| 1/3 |
cup balsamic vinegar |
| 1 |
chicken breast diced |
| 50 |
g feta cheese |
| 2 |
cups cous cous |
| 1 |
tsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 |
tbsp salt |
| 1 |
tbsp pepper |
Directions
- Pop the mushrooms and the tomatos into a dish, add butter to the mushrooms, cut the tomatos in half sprinkle all with salt and pepper.
- bake the mushrooms and tomatos at about 180 for about 30 minutes
- dice the chicken, and cook in olive oil until brown
- chop up the feta into little cubes
- add the water o the cous cous leave for 5 minutes
- chop mushrooms and tomatos up to small bits
- add all together and mix around.
