Rice Casserole Recipe

A cheesy rice with corn and green onions. Pretty enough for company and tastes great!

Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
1 1/4 cups monterey jack cheese
1 cup corn
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions
Directions
  1. preheat 350 degrees

  2. mix together all ingredients saving 1/2 cup of cheese

  3. transfer to 1 qt casserole dish

  4. sprinkle top with remaining cheese

  5. bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted
