Ingredients

cup egg whites |
| 1 1/2 |
cup blueberries |
| 1/2 |
cup rolled oats |
| 1/2 |
cup fat free sour cream |
| 1 1/4 |
tsp splenda |
Directions
- Beat together egg whites, half the blueberries, rolled oats and sugar substitute until smooth.
- Coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray.
- Lade .25cup of the batter into the skillet.
- Cook until the batter is set. Turn pancake over and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve with the remaining blueberries and fat free sour cream
