Oatmeal-Berry Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup egg whites
1 1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 1/4 tsp splenda
Directions
  1. Beat together egg whites, half the blueberries, rolled oats and sugar substitute until smooth.

  2. Coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray.

  3. Lade .25cup of the batter into the skillet.

  4. Cook until the batter is set. Turn pancake over and cook for 1 minute.

  5. Serve with the remaining blueberries and fat free sour cream
