Ingredients
1 lbs. red potatoes, cubed
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper,black
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Cut up potatoes into cubes.

  2. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to non-stick pan

  3. Cook on medium-low

  4. Salt and pepper to taste

  5. cook slowly, approx 30 minutes

  6. turn up heat to med-high last 10 minutes to crisp up potatoes
