Potato Salad (made w/o bacon)

Ingredients
2 medium potatoes
1/3 c light mayonnaise
1 celery stalk, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
Directions
  1. Boil eggs, set aside. Boil potatoes until soft, not mushy. When potatoes have cooled, mix altogether and chill.
